What is a Personal Licence?

A Personal Licence is issued under the Licensing Act 2003 and allows the holder to authorise the sale of alcohol on licensed premises. Personal Licence Holders have been trained in licensing law and understand the legal responsibilities involved in the retail sale of alcohol.
 

What can a Personal Licence Holder do?
