Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the event date.

2. Equipment Use and Liability

The hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of setup until collection. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the hire period will be the financial responsibility of the hirer, at full replacement cost. Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in a safe environment.

3. Delivery and Setup

Delivery & Collection We offer FREE delivery, setup and collection for all bookings within a 5-mile radius of our premises in Bitton (BS30). For locations outside our free delivery area, a delivery charge of £2.00 per mile (one way) applies from the 5-mile boundary. All delivery charges will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalised, so there are no unexpected costs. If you're unsure whether your venue falls within our free delivery area, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a quick quote.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event or hire date.If you cancel more than 14 days before the hire date, any payments made (excluding the 25% booking fee) will be refunded.If you cancel within 14 days of the hire date, the booking is non-refundable.If the equipment has already been delivered or collected, no refund will be given.Any security deposit paid will be refunded in full, provided the equipment has not been collected or delivered and no charges are due. If WD Entertainment LTD cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. WD Entertainment LTD will not be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred.Requests to change a booking date or hired equipment are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Safety and Compliance

All equipment is PAT tested and maintained to professional standards. The hirer must not attempt to repair or modify any equipment. WD Entertainment LTD accepts no liability for injury to persons or damage to property arising from the misuse of supplied equipment

6. Outdoor Events

All outdoor bookings must include the hire of a W.D. Entertainment LTD gazebo to protect the equipment from weather conditions. W.D. Entertainment LTD reserves the right to refuse or stop the hire if the gazebo is not used as instructed.
